After reading the article “Pakistan causes worldwide Youtube outage”, I came up with a lot of feelings and the strongest one is that I think it’s really a stupid motion.
As we know, Youtube has been the most popular website of video in America, almost everybody knows it and goes to see all kinds of videos on it everyday. In my home country, China, there are also many video websites like Youtube such as Youku, Tudou, Ou-ou, Ku6 and so on. They are all very popular and competing with each other fiercely. And they also contain the video all over the world. However, I can not find any videos about some political topics which make people sensitive such as The Tiananmen Square protests in 1989, What’s more, I can not find any information about it on any Chinese websits. I think the government just wants to hide something they think they have done wrong. But, now, when I am on the Youtube, I can find a lot of information about many political topics and I can see many people’s comment of such kind of affairs, it’s totally different from my home country.
So, I think the government does not need to block anything and what they should do is just to make our country better. If they really benefit the citizens, they will not be afraid of people’s knowing the political affairs that make them sensitive.
Now, I am in America, I find it’s really a kingdom of liberty and people can make any comments on government. They can say what is right and what is wrong. Even they can shout “President Bush, please fall out of power and get away from the White House”. And I think only a government which is under the criticism of nationals can really get better improvement. Do you think so?

A Chinese temple in America
On last Saturday, I went to a Chinese temple with my aunt and grandma in Hacienda Heights, a city near Rowland Heights. Maybe you don’t know neither of them. There is no wonder that they are not as famous as Monterey Park or Chinatown, but they are now the new and developing cities of Chinese. And more and more Chinese people are moving to them.
This Chinese temple is called Hsi Lai Temple and this is my first time to visit a Chinese Temple in another country. I think it’s big and magnificent. What’s more, it’s new, because it’s has just been built for less than 20 years. There were quite a lot of visitors there and it took us about ten minutes to find the place for parking. Then we visit several Buddhas and had the lunch there. Only 5 dollars, you can eat all the vegetarian food there until you are full, a great deal, right? At least I think so, because vegetables are much more expensive than meat in America. And I think the food there is really very delicious.
The Hsi Lai Temple not only spread the Buddhism, but also help develop the friendship between China and America. So, I think it’ really a good place to visit. If you have time on weekends, just have a visit, it’s will not let you down.

Love, where is my love
What is love? It's a complex question. Maybe no one will know the definite answer. Is it a kind of feeling, a kind of action or even a kind of thing that doesn't exist at all? I don't know and maybe I will never know. Because I haven't had a girlfriend or experienced love between boys and girls, I think I know less about love than others. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, it seems that it is doomed to be anther lonely day for me. Oh, I was a little negative, wasn't I? No matter what you think about, in my opinion, I am a little negative sometimes and I really don't like that kind of myself.
What is my perfect love? I think they are my parents now, but maybe in the future, it will turn to be my sweetheart. I am waiting for her. Although I haven't find the other half of mine now, I think it will be boring if I talk about the love about my parents.So, I will talk about my future love. I think she would be a kind and warm-hearted girl, because it's really very important, even more important than the appearance. Only the inner beauty can be the most valuable one, don't you think so? Then,I think the most important thing I will value in our relationships is respecting each other. Everyone in love is fair, we should not force others to do something or hurt them. So I will respect my love and try my best to take care of her without hurting her forever.
About the deal breakers, I think maybe sometimes people in love will quarrel with each other for some unserious matters. If we respect and forgive each other, we will solve all the deal breakers and maybe will never suffer from them any more.
I always believe in destiny and I think the meet of two person is controlled by the heaven. Sometimes I am afraid to miss her and sometimes I just calm down to wait. I don't know when my true love will come to me. But I wish to regard her as my first and also the last one. I will try my best to treasure my true love.

About the Daily Titan
About the Daily Titan
Today I read the article "Will you survive CSUF? Time management, goal setting, art of mastery -- necessary skills for college survival" on the Daily Titan online. I think it's really a very useful article and I learned many things from it.
To us new freshman, especially international freshman, we enter the university for the first time, and also in another country. Actually, we may often feel very nervous and sometimes even lose ourselves. We may feel very confused about what to do and how to do it. If we can not make our study and life in control, we may fail in everything and will not survive in the university while maybe we were often performing very well in our home country. So it's very important of us to know more about time management, goal setting, art of mastery -- necessary skills for college survival and other stratages about university life.
TIME MANAGEMENT
As we know, the university life is very busy and full of many different activities. And we will have more spare time for ourselves to use. However, how to make the most use of the time is really important. Sometimes we may find nothing to de and feel so relaxed, but sometimes we may also find there is no enough time for our homework and all kinds of activities. So, the management of our time is really very important. We can make some plans for our study and life. And then make some schedule. I think if we can make reasonable plans and then obey them, we will control our time well.
GOAL SETTING
Having a goal is always important in every period of our lives. And now, the present goal for us is about study. So, we students need to have some goals and then, struggle for them. If we finally achieve our goals, we may feel very happy and confident. And I think that different goals lead us to different life and all right goals will lead us to success.
THE ART OF MASTERY
It's a matter of fact that our age is the most complex age of our lives. We are all young adults and just get not far away from childhood for not a long time. However, at the special time, we need to face many different kinds of difficult things such as making friends, study, finding jobs and so on. We need to make many different relationships with different people like making good friends with someone or falling in love with a boy or a girl. However we may not familiar with skills of how to operate these matters, and sometimes may not do well in them. So that's way many students have problems in making friends and doing with different kind of relationships. So, the art of master is very important and useful to us. And after reading this article, I think I have learned more about it.
At last, I wish all the freshmen to survive successfully in university and have a happy time in the special time of our lives.
